We’ve been eating so many sandwiches because fiancé is currently on night shifts. He prefers to eat something one handed/doesn’t require cutlery while driving into work.
Lots of variety because I wanted to take this opportunity to work on my sandwich skills. Fiancé likes surprises so he didn’t know what kind of sandwich he was getting until he opened his lunch bag. All the bread is homemade. 🙂
1. **Peruvian** – Grilled peruvian marinated chicken thighs, aji verde, whipped feta, smoked gouda, lettuce, red onion on ciabatta bread 2. **Italian hoagie** – Soppressata, prosciutto, coppa, provolone, oil + vinegar, lettuce, red onions, tomato, and pepperoncinis on a sesame hoagie. 3. **Chicken cordon Bleu** – Fried chicken, black forest ham, swiss cheese, dreamy dijon sauce, lettuce on a squishy burger bun 4. **Romesco chicken** – Cornflake breaded chicken tenders, garlicky romesco sauce, dressed arugula, parmesan, on a toasted focaccia with garlic butter 5. **Hot salami** – Salami, ham, mozzarella, provolone toasted on a sesame hoagie until warm and melty. Topped with lettuce, tomato, pepperoncinis, oil and vinegar. 6. **Turkey bage**l – Turkey, pickles, lettuce, pepper jack, cream cheese on chewy sesame seeded bagels 7. **Chicken Caesar** -Fried chicken breast, homemade caesar dressing, bacon, lettuce, parmesan, on a sesame telera bun 8. **Turkey hoagie** – Homemade oven roasted turkey breast, bacon, sharp cheddar, dill pickles, dilly mayo, mustard, red onions, lettuce, oil and vinegar on a sesame hoagie roll 9. **Chicken bacon ranch** – Chicken breast, maple bacon, dilly buttermilk ranch, cheddar, lettuce, red onion, tomato, on a hoagie bun 10. **Ham sandwich** – Black forest ham, american cheese, provolone, pickles, lettuce, arugula, oil and vinegar, on a freshly baked french loaf 11. **Ham sliders** – Honey ham, provolone, pepperoncinis, honey mustard, on homemade milk bread sesame rolls 12. **Roast beef** – Deli roast beef, pepper jack, fried onions, red onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, roasted garlic mayo, on freshly baked kaiser rolls 13. **Cold cut hoagie** – Turkey, honey ha, sharp cheddar, ice berg, oil + vinegar, red onions, mayo, and mustard on a sesame hoagie roll. 14. **Cubano** – Ham, Cuban style pork shoulder, pickles, mustard, swiss cheese on freshly baked pan cubano. 15. **Korean fried chicken** – Fried chicken thigh coated in a gochujang sauce, kewpie dressed cabbage, Korean cucumber salad on a squishy burger bun 16. **Curry fried chicken** – Curry marinated fried chicken thighs, zesty lime coleslaw, dilly garlic yogurt, pepperoncinis, provolone on a brioche bread 17. **Steak sandwich** – NY strip, caramelized onions, dressed arugula, balsamic vinegar, goat cheese on toasted ciabatta bread 18. **Reuben** -Corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, extra garlicky + spicy russian dressing on freshly baked Jewish deli rye bread 19. **Crescent roll sandwiches** – Turkey, ham, red onions, leafy lettuce, pepperoncinis, sharp cheddar, dilly mayo on homemade crescent rolls. 20. **Turkey Club** – Deli ham, turkey, bacon, tomato, sharp cheddar, lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard on sandwich bread

Amazing. Im a huge sandwich person, I also enjoy making bread but usually stick to loafs, rolls, and biscuits. These all look so tasty. I will never get tired of the three main S foods: sandwiches, soup, salads. All so versatile. I also add a 4th S, sushi. All my favorite foods 😋.
Korean fried chicken, Cubano, and anything with any sort of Italian meat are calling my name, but they truly all look fantastic. My work has a cordon bleu for our fall menu and its been so popular, its mt favorite new item. 2 menus ago we had a French onion prime slider, and the onions were caramelized and finished in a brown sugar sauce (not too sweet)… it was so delicious.
