[Music] This dressing combines nutritious plain yogurt, a touch of mayo for richness, healthy olive oil, and fragrant fresh dill. It comes together in just minutes, and it’s totally customizable. Add lemon juice for brightness or swap mayo for extra yogurt to lighten it up. This is what you’ll need. Plain yogurt, mayo, extra virgin olive oil, and a handful of fresh dill chopped. You can also use dried dill if needed. Dried is more concentrated, so you want to use less. Here is how you make it. Step one, grab a small bowl and add the yogurt, mayo, olive oil, and chopped dill. Step two, stir until it’s smooth and creamy. And that’s it. For an extra zing, you can drizzle in some fresh lemon juice before serving. Great tip if you want that bright fresh finish. You can drizzle this dressing over green salads. Use it in grain bowls with rice or quinoa. Dip fresh veggies, roasted potatoes, or pita bread. Spread it inside wraps or sandwiches.
