Tonight we made the Korean inspired cold noodles from Costco.
The noodles are thin but have a nice texture.
The sauce is a little sweet (but not terrible) we added a little Gochujang and sesame oil.

Interesting. Is this in one of those Pulmuone bags or like the fresh deli section by Costco? I can’t imagine pre-made noodles sitting in the deli section all day tasting very good.

Just to clarify, this isn’t “korean-inspired”. What you have there is straight-up bibim naengmyun (비빔냉면)
For the curious: I think the package has the sauce and noodles (uncooked) and then you add the rest.

Bibimmyeon, it’s like art.
