With roasted potatoes (tossed in neutral oil and Montreal steak spice) and crispy green beans (oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic).

The pasta sauce is easy to make, heat a small pot on medium heat with enough neutral flavored oil to cover the bottom of the pot. Sift 1/3 cup of flour into the oil and whisk constantly for a few mintes until the flour thickens and cooks until fragrant. Add 2 cups of your favorite plant based, non flavored milk (I use oat) keep whisking and add the spices of choice, I used garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano (apprx 2 tsp each) Fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste. Turn the heat down to low an once its the consistency you want, toss in your cooked pasta. You can also add 2 TBSP of nooch if you want it more cheesy.

The meat was 3 beyond burgers cooked in a pan with lots of fresh ground pepper, a bit of smoked paprika and 2 cloves minced garlic.

Fussiloni are so good. I sometimes get tired of them and always regret it.

Their consistency actually looks perfect, as unremarkable as that might sound. Did you bite-test, and if yes, do you have a trick to properly gauge for steeping?
