    You really gotta cut them open to clean the blood out. Personally can’t stand the taste. When cleaned they’re great!

    TBH, it looks a little soupy.

    I just cleaned a pound and a half of chicken hearts and they’re marinating in chu hou and chili flakes/ oil.

    Gonna get skewered and grilled high and fast tomorrow.
