After using a Eureka Mignon Specialita and a DF83V I upgraded to a Kafatek MC6 paired with my Bianca. It's been great having a conical and flat burr for different styles and filter coffee

How do you perceive the difference in the cup? I also have a Bianca and Specialita, and my Zerno Z1 should arrive any day now. I’m hopeful that the improvement is significant.
