Its bespoke wine pavilion was a key attraction, offering guests the chance to sample and enjoy premium wines perfectly paired with world-class barbecue.

Strategically located beside the sizzling action of world-renowned chefs from Austin’s Interstellar BBQ and la Barbecue, the VSPT pavilion offered festival-goers a unique opportunity to pair expertly crafted wines with authentic Texan-style barbecue.

The initiative was a powerful brand moment for BWG Foods, which exclusively distributes VSPT’s wines in Ireland through its nationwide network of independent Spar, Eurospar, Mace and Londis community  retailers.

Three exceptional wine brands were featured:

Viña Santa Helena (Chile): Led by newly appointed winemaker Ana Silva, Santa Helena  showcased its latest innovation—Santa Helena Passion, a low-ABV white and rosé duo. These wines formed the base of creative cocktails like Moscowine (white wine, ginger syrup, soda) and Rosé Citric (rosé with fresh fruit), crafted and demonstrated by cocktail expert Mark Lonergan, formerly of The Shelbourne Bar in Cork.

Viña Tarapacá (Chile): A beloved brand reintroduced to Irish shelves in 2024, Tarapacá made a strong impression with its elegant wines, reaffirming its place in the hearts of  Irish wine enthusiasts.
Finca La Celia (Argentina): With over 130 years of winemaking heritage in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, La Celia brought its high-altitude Malbecs and terroir-driven wines to the Dublin crowd, highlighting Argentina’s global reputation for premium wine.

The VSPT pavilion was a hit throughout the weekend, drawing crowds eager to explore new wine experiences and learn more about the stories behind each bottle.

For BWG Foods, the event was a strategic success, connecting directly with a young, trend-conscious audience and reinforcing its position as a key player in Ireland’s wine distribution landscape.
