mix :
8g dry yeast
10g of sugar and 50g of warm milk

I cut the buns into equal sizes and spread them on some greased baking sheet. bake at 350F 25 -30 min
I pour melted chocolate over the finished rolls (50g dark chocolate + 25g whipped cream)
