Welcome back to 45 Nights of Pumpkin Spice. First things first, let’s test try Trader Joe’s pumpkin spice uh Greek yogurt. I’ve not had this before. It’s very nice. Oh, I really like this actually. Wow. It’s delicious. Eight out of 10. Wow. It’s high high in protein. It’s not too sweet. 0% milk fat. Wow. Maybe like 8.5 out of 10. Delicious. Okay, so we’re just going to make a really quick uh yogurt parfait. Okay, and for this parfait, you’re just going to need five ingredients. I’m using Trader Joe’s pumpkin spice Greek yogurt, some bananas, some honey. You can use date syrup if you like that, too. Granola and fix. You just add them all together and then you got your recipe. I’m just going to get my yogurt. I’m going to put it little container. Dump my yogurt on there. Get some fresh granola. Dump that. I chopped up some bananas. Figs are in season right now. It’s the fall. I figure and pumpkin might go together. And even if they don’t, whatever. And then if that’s not sweet enough. Okay. And then we have our yogurt parfait. And if you want to make it a little bit sweeter, which I love everything sweet, you can add a little honey. This is actually date syrup, which is concentrated dates. And then just like that, you have your pumpkin spice yogurt. Perfect. Let’s give it a go. Great way to start my day. M. Oh, it was so good. I really like it. Okay. All right. That’s all for now, guys. I already had a cup of coffee. I’m a little bit hitting a wall. So, it’s been a rough week. Um, I don’t know if anybody’s in America. This week was a long one. So, yeah, that’s that. Thanks so much for watching. Hope everybody um I just want to go back, you know, to the good old days where we’re like fighting over pumpkin spice lattes and like who’s going to play at halftime at the Super Bowl. Like sometimes the world gets a little intense and all you need to do is be vapid, be out of touch and watch some food or nonpolitical related topic. So yeah. Okay, we’re going on a rant, but that’s that. Uh going to go grab another cup of coffee, going to finish up this parfait, and thanks so much for watching, guys. Don’t forget to like and subscribe. Till next time. Bye.
