Noticed these spots appearing today and I’m finding mixed results online. All pepper plants are in pots and get watered every few days when the soil gets dry. I also spray with neem oil when I water because these plants get eaten up like crazy. Zone 9a

I see that when not enough lot and too much water. Can the pots drain properly or are they solid on the bottom
A fungicide wouldn’r hurt
Overwatering, lack of air circulation, nutrient deficiencies. It’s up to you to know what of these 3 is your issue.
