    Eye of round. Makes a good roast but needs some time to break down.

    Eye of round. Thats the whole “loin” if you will. It looks untrimmed like straight out of the vac-seal.

    As others have said, eye of round. Very clean meat, that one has some very nice marbling and a textbook fat cap.

    It’s 100% an eye of round roast. Low and slow in oven or crock pot.
