Food and wine:
A special experience that I personally resonated on so many levels, loved the use of many humble ingredients, transforming them into 34 elevated bites or dishes. I am not going to explain each dish, cause that would take too many paragraphs. But our favorites were a tiny raspberry with chicken skin, a poached oyster with kiwi and lime, the corn and durian custard with uni, the peas with squid and caviar, a glorious duck breast with mulberries and wasabi, their rice course which felt like the best granola we ever had, the whole fig tree dessert and their take on an affogato, but non of the 34 were not tasty and kind of all hit the spot for us, some more that others of course. We had a bottle of wine from their wine list that felt like a good match as they don’t offer a wine pairing, which could have maybe Elevated the experience to a 12/10 if there was one.

Overall: 9,9/10
One of the more unique meals I have had. It's hard to classify exactly what the cuisine is here, as they explained to us in the end is a very personal take on the whole thing, that we were very happy with after endless days of spicy food in Bangkok. With only 6 guests at a time, and almost double that in staff, it felt like every detail was taken care of. Despite the competition in the city, that was the restaurant that stood out to us the most amongst several(suhring, nawa, Ledu, nusara and Baan tepa) we visited in Bkk.

Suhring is going to be the only other place amongst the one we went that I would highly recommend. The rest felt a bit short

Ore is one of the meals I look forward to the most, so thank you very much for posting this.

Are there any of the other’s you visited that stand out?

Can you explain the Kohlrabi? It just looks like a whole kohlrabi.
