Guys, you can still lose weight and have dessert. Let me show you how to make this high protein canoli dip. We’re going to start with blending up a whole container of cottage cheese. What it should look like, guys, after you blend it. We’re going to add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add 1/4 cup of whipped cream cheese. We’re going to add some zero sugar vanilla pudding mix. We’re going to do one serving. It’s about a four of the package. Now, we mix. I like mine on the sweeter side, so I’m going to add some stevia to mine. And we’re going to top it off with 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips. All right, guys. This is what it should look like. Now, we got to try it. Look at that. M I can’t believe this is dessert.
