Avocado dip is a creamy, flavourful, and versatile dip made primarily from ripe avocados. It’s smooth, rich, and is perfect for pairing with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies, and it can also be used as a spread for sandwiches, wraps, or burgers.

Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
½ large avocado
200g cream cheese, at room temperature
½ lemon, juicer
1 spring onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Method:
1. Slice and remove seed from avocado
2. Place avocado and cream cheese in a food processor and whisk until just combined.
3. Add lemon juice, salt and whisk.
4. Place in a bowl add a squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle spring onions and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Additional Notes:
The additional squeeze of lemon will assist the avocado browning/discolouring.
