Crispy, golden, and loaded with flavor, these roasted garlic potatoes are the perfect side dish that’ll steal the show. Simple to make. Chop up some potatoes. Add in a bit of olive oil. Use your favorite rub. I’m using Heat Thraw’s garlic butter rub. Mix them up. Toss into a pan. I’m using my Lodge cast iron for this. Into the oven at 425° for about 30 minutes until golden brown. I also roasted up some garlic the same time. I’m going to add this into some melted butter, blend it up, and give these potatoes a butter bath. The only other thing to do is to mix this all up, make sure it’s all incorporated, and enjoy. This is a super simple side dish that takes no time at all.
