After many custom cake and wedding orders, this was one of my firsts and will forever be one of my faves =) The brides choice of color scheme was just…. chef's kiss! The cake is rich chocolate, filled with dark chocolate buttercream and raspberry compote, covered in white chocolate buttercream. My macarons are also homemade and the flavors are:
Pina Colada – Coconut Milk Buttercream with Pineapple Curd
Key Lime Pie – Sweetened Condensed Milk Buttercream with Key Lime Curd
Pistachio – Pistachio Buttercream with extra crushed pistachios
Strawberry – Strawberry Buttercream with strawberry jam
