    This looks like something my mom would bake in the oven and slather BBQ sauce on, it was always mushy somehow and too damn sweet.

    Now I smoke my meats and use very little sauce.

    That’s a lot of sauce on those ribs. I think you could dunk a piece of bread in that sauce and it would taste about the same.
