Not sure how similar this is to brisket, but at 1.99/lb I will be getting and trying to smoke this! Anyone have any recommendations?

Looks like a mislabel. The drumstick part makes me think it’s supposed to be a big pack of chicken drumsticks. If that’s the case but 2!

this sure ain’t a drumstick, this was mislabled. look at the other briskets and see the unit price. grab it for sure, thats a butcher placing out packages for friends or family.

That’s a win. I always check but never find these “misteaks”. I’m going tomorrow to buy some skirt steak and my wallet is already crying.
saddlepack references the way their chicken drumsticks and breasts are packed – in the packaging thats folded over in half with the 6 blister packs. buy some choice grade chicken for me!

Weird, I just found the same mislabel. Picked up 5 at between $25-$30 each. Happy hunting friends! (Edit: Colchester VT for me too)
Can Costco refuse to sell that to you like if the cashier catches it? I know regular supermarkets can’t but Costco is a membership store and can do things differently like forcibly check your receipts.
