All right, boys. It’s about that time. This is how we’ll make our broth for our seafood paella. Y boys ready for this? The yellow ice. Let’s go. Fresh biminy cats. First, we start off with that fish carcass. Yo, look at the color of them snappers, boy. It ain’t the lobster carcass, then you ain’t cooking, man. Yo, let’s go. Damn. Look at that, dog. Now we let that boil till we get that pa on deck. So far, we’re coming along. Look at that pot of carcass, boys. That broth’s going to be on fire, man. Let’s go, dog. That’s how we do. Let’s go. If it ain’t a seafood pa, then it’s not my birthday. You heard? Hey, we got a chicharon on deck. All right, boys. It’s about that paella time. First, we got to put the works in it. Y boys already know how we do. Let’s go, dog. Going to stir fry them works. About that red 40 time. Just a little bit to get y’all worked up. How many calories have you ain’t got the garlic? Then you ain’t cooking, man. Yo, that thing is already smelling like a million dollars, man. It’s about that meat time. Oh, here comes the protein. Little bit of that yellow eye snapper, shrimp, lobster, a little bit of everything in this pot. Y’all boys already know in a seafood pot. Then it ain’t my birthday. You know what I’m saying? Baby, OG, baby. Let’s go. [Music] Let me get him out. [Music] Look at the color on this paella, boys. So far, we’re coming along. It’s about that rice time. We got to watch this, bro. Don’t watch this around here. We don’t wash the rice around here. Y’all boys already know. Straight out the bag. You heard. That’s how we do. OP, baby. Now we stir it up a little bit. Don’t put that broth in the pot. It’s about that broth time. This how we do our seafood paella. Y’all boys ready for this? Look at the color on this thing. Yo. All right, boys. It’s about that cover up time. We let that do it magic. You know what I’m saying? All right, boys. It’s about that reveal time. Let’s go. All right. Let me get the first place. Let me get the first place. Oh, and now we do baby. That sounds [Music]

  1. I wish to God my family was still as close as yours! I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley TX…and had to move bc my dad got transferred and I had culture shock coming back up north and away from the Mexican grandma who pretty much adopted me that lived next door to us bc all of our family lived 17hrs away from us. Her entire family would come together like this for any occasion and they would always invite us over and treat us literally like family! I called them my Tia's and Tio's and she was my Abuela… she is getting very old now and I still call and keep up with her now but my life changed drastically once we moved. And my own family split up and extended family spread out. So I was devastated losing my adopted family down there along the border! I had already assumed that I would marry someone from McAllen or Mission or somewhere close by and continue having the family that had taken me in…as well as having a huge family of in-laws! But things didn't work out that way and when we moved I had my first real long term boyfriend and I cried and cried for over 6 months telling my family they had ruined my life by moving me! Which in many ways they actually did! We had amazing schools and i was part of so many extra curricular activities in school such as tennis, swimming, diving, volleyball, and I was #1 in the region for solo and ensemble opera competition! Where we moved to had ZERO of these things at my school! Nada!! But watching this brings back so many fond memories of back then! As well as before my own family spread out when I was really young before we ever even moved to The Valley. We used to have a yearly family reunion with over 300 ppl some years down in NoLa.
    Where are you guys from?
