Winner Winner Chili Dinner

Entered my (small) town's annual Paniolo Cook Off in the Chili division, and somehow pulled off a 1st place win with my version of Texas Style Chili. NO beans, and YES, Texas RED. #IYKYK
I smoked brisket, ground beef, and chuck roast ahead of time, and then smoked the chili for a few hours. I added a little slice of a Texas Twinkie on top, and garnished it with crema, sweet onion, cilantro and red pepper…
Everyone that came by to sample loved it.
