If you’re looking for more easy, high protein meal prep ideas, you got to start packing your salad in jars. This one packs in over 50 grams of protein per jar, and it is super easy to make. The dressing always starts at the bottom, and this allows the salad to stay fresh for days. Then I layer on some black beans, some corn, some fresh tomatoes, some ground turkey that I cooked in taco seasoning, some herbs like cilantro work great here, and some verain. I’ve been making salad jars like this for years and it’s really changed the game for me, especially on those busy days that I know we all have.   1. Wouldn’t the lemon juice turn bitter?! And what about the meat? You can't even warm it up cause of all the salad mixed with it.

  2. Does that even qualify as a salad? Lol I'd call it a burrito jar. It's literally a burrito bowl in a jar 😂 I ain't hating, it looks fire!
