3 pork sausages can be anywhere from 200-500. I’ll say 350 to stay in the middle of the ballpark. 2 slices of bread, around 250. The butter on the bread… 150-200?. Can’t tell what that is under the sausages so I’ll assume it’s just all egg underneath there. Not sure how many. 3 eggs = ~210 cals. Is that gammon on the last slide? My gammon estimates are pretty bad, but somewhere between 125-200 perhaps. Add another 200ish for the extra oil and butter from cooking.
Calorically my bet is anywhere between 1285 and 1410ish. As for protein… err. 3 sausages maybe 22g, 3 eggs 18g, gammon… Maybe 15g?, bread maybe an extra 2 grams. So around 57g of protein in total?
My numbers might be way off, your best bet is to try and fully write out what’s in there yourself (like, I’m assuming 3 eggs, but I don’t know if it’s actually 3 or more or less. I also can’t tell how greasy it is, or how large the sausages are, etc) and then start googling. Good luck 👍
