The result of an immeasurable amount of rum. Marinated chicken tenders and also bone in chicken thighs in kimchi for several hours until almost everything fell apart. Then grilled over charcoal. Apropos.
I think the title might speak for itself but as with anything here I'm not certain. Did I mention that I live 20 miles away from the Bacardi factory here in Puerto Rico?

Rum and kimchi is chaotic good. Did you marinate in straight jar brine or blend with the rum? Looks ridiculously crispy. Might steal this for wings next weekend, any heat-level tips?
