   Very nicely done. It doesn’t need/want a super dark sear. That nice brown crust is exactly what you want with an A5.

    Happy 21st birthday, but in all honesty Waygu was probably not the best choice, tasted like frog to me and could only eat very little of it lol. I would suggest a dominos parmesan stuffed crust pizza and a whole chocolate fudge cake next time lmao
