There we have it. Pull pork barbecue tray sliders. Pull pork. Hey, thanks for tuning in. Uh we’re making some pork today. I stuck it in the crock pot this morning uh before I left for work. So, it’s been in there for about 9 hours. Here’s how I prepared it. I’m getting my pork shoulder butt roast seasoned uh for my pull pork. We’re going to go ahead and uh get this rinsed off. Uh get some vinegar on here to get rid of that gy flavor. And then we’re going to go and uh do a nice uh dry rub on this. All right. So, I got this soaking in some vinegar and water mixture. We’re just going to let this sit for about 30 minutes. Hey, so this is our uh dry rub marinated pork. Uh it’s been sitting for a little over 36 hours. Uh we’re going to go ahead and stick it in our slow cooker uh before I head out to work. Let it sit on low for about 8 hours. Uh don’t worry, I have someone here watching just in case. We’re not going to do too much to it. Uh I may add a little bit of honey mustard on top and then some barbecue sauce, but that’s about it. We’re going to add a little bit of olive oil and a small drizzle of honey mustard. some sweet baby rays. Turn it on. You’re good to go. Show you what this looks like when I get back from work. Here’s the final product. So, there’s barely any liquid in here before we put it in here. So, you know, all that liquids from the pork. So, we’re going to go and uh transfer this over to our pan and pull it apart. All right, let’s zoom in there a little bit. So, there we have our pull pork. It’s hot. Look at that. Look at that. just falling apart. I want you to see the juices coming out of this thing. It’s super hot. So good. So, super simple pull pork. Everything done in a crock pot. Takes a little while for all that meat to break down, but you get nice, tender, succulent meat. talk. Let’s feed the family. There we have it. Pull pork barbecue tray. Sliders, pull pork, some fresh pickles. Thank you. We also have our homemade no- baked cheesecake, but that’s a recipe for another time. But we’re going to enjoy this tonight.
