I cannot post this in my bakery’s social media since the wedding is today, but I feel the world MUST see this beauty 😍 flowers alone and assembly took around 7 hours, I definitely undercharged lol but I love it.

My wedding colors in 1990 were pale mauve and burgundy (at the time this was an odd combo for a wedding.) My Gram went and picked up my cake. When she brought it home, I was so excited to see it. The bakery gave me hot pink and dark red, very poorly made flowers, with no time to fix it. The cake was so tacky 😭 I just don’t think they quite understood subtle colors back then. This is MUCH closer to what I asked for. I’m gonna pretend this was my cake instead!!! It’s so gorgeous!!! 😍

there’s something so beautiful to behold about this maximalist flower decoration motif on a cake… it just works in this instance! the little toadstools, the rabbits filigree… the color scheme…extraordinary piping work ….so whimsical! may i ask the buttercream flowers are so large and i would assume heavy, how do you attach it on the cake on the side without it just sliding off the cake when the cake reaches room temperature?

This cake is so incredibly gorgeous that I thought it was AI for a second. How did you stabilize your big buttercream flowers? I hate using fondant or marzipan because i dislike the taste. But big buttercream flowers would be lovely! (And are lovely)

These are the most beautiful cake flowers I’ve ever seen. I thought they were real even when zoomed in. Love the colors, the bunnies, the mushrooms, everything is just perfect. It could be a framed art piece to stare at.
