    I love them fried in butter – that’s my favorite way, the flavor is amazing 😋 But I also enjoy boiled sometimes, depends on the mood. How about you?

    For the dough:
    4 cups of flour (that’s about 500 grams)
    ¾ cup of water (around 200 milliliters)
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon of salt

    For the filling:
    400 grams of a mix of ground pork and beef (or just choose one if you prefer)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped or minced
    Salt and black pepper to taste

    For frying and serving:
    3 to 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    Sour cream or a dipping sauce you like.
