Was having a bad day so I decided to order some Moody Deserts (the delivery version of baskin robins with exclusive waffles etc.) and I got no ice cream and no drink. Ended up having to order it a second time for 12 bucks extra (I got the refund for the drink but after I got it I opened my waffles to see that there was no ice cream so I got no refund for that at all). Overall I am down 25 bucks for food I never got and I can’t talk to a support person (there is none for uber eats) nor the subreddit as they have rules against people “complaining” about stuff that happens on they’re app.

I just want my ice cream, man. 😭

    It’s also not the delivery drivers fault as you can clearly see no evidence of ice cream ever touching the waffle 🤔.

    Do a chargeback, you ordered ice cream and you didn’t get ice cream. That’s exactly what this is for.

    But first try telling support that you’re going to do a chargeback, because you didn’t get what you paid for .

    I refuse to ever use Uber eats again. Had a delivery driver drop off our order at the wrong door, we had proof it was the wrong door because we provided a photo of what our porch and designated drop off spot looks like. 

    Despite that clear as day proof, Uber Eats refused to refund me my money. I felt like I was on a reality tv show, both photos of the drop off and my door were there both next to each other, its clearly not the same door, despite that the agent keeps gaslighting me that the order was delivered to the correct location, refuses to connect me to management and ends the chat.

    I deleted my account and the app immediately.

    Sorry about your ice cream 🙁 its crazy no one double checked your order before giving it to the delivery person.
