Most days I make eggs, sausage, toast, and orange for breakfast before my boyfriend heads to work. Switched it up and made a shakshuka inspired dish with roasted beets, spiced tomatoes, onion, poached egg, leftover balsamic braised beef. My boyfriends grandpa gave us tomatoes + beets from the garden and I always work hard to savor it all! I usually hate tomato unless its cooked down like this 🙂

Most proud of the bread though! Its a recipe ive been perfecting for 13-15g protein/slice sourdough bread loaf. I bake some variation of it every month and freeze (tried buckwheat flour, whole wheat, rye, millet)
