What’s up, my people? You pulled up hungry and I kept it warm for you. I hope you wore something stretchy. All right, shrimp in the water, peeling, de vaining them as you can see. Next up, we’re going to clean our potatoes as well. Getting everything clean before we build that flavor. Just like life, you start with a clean base before you add what sticks. Now, don’t play with this step. Uh-uh. Shrimp got to be seasoned right, too. Okay? Everything I use is under the lineup. Let all this seasoning hug the shrimp, okay? Cuz if the shrimp don’t sing, the whole soup falls flat, okay? And this soup right here, it ain’t falling flat. Chop up those onions, that broccoli, and your potatoes. Chop, chop, chop. Each piece matters. Same with love. It’s the little cuts, the little touches that build the big picture. Now, season that water before you drop those potatoes in. All right. A little salt and chicken bullion. A little kick if you got it. Don’t let your potatoes sit in that plain water. Add some flavor. Let’s build this soup base. Butter melting down. Add your onions in. Minced garlic right after that. And then your broccoli. Let it soak up that flavor. This is the foundation. And love. Love shows up in foundations, too. Okay. Not loud, not flashy, but steady.
