taste is nicely balanced and not overly sweet. it tastes milky more like vanilla with a hint of caramel flavour. the consistency is creamy yet still light and airy, not too dense and heavy. i really enjoyed the chewy crunchy texture of the bits of butterscotch in between. it also has some swirls of gooey caramel sauce. i would really like if it had a hint of salt. i would definitely buy this again and i recommend it if you like butterscotch and lighter ice creams. 7/10
