Hi guys, I’m going to show you how to make a parmesan dill dressing. You could use it on any salad or even on sandwiches. So, it’s really quick and easy. I’m going to put in about a cup of mayo. And I don’t have any fresh dill, but I do have my dry. So, we’re going to go in oh, about a good teaspoon and a half. And I pour in about 3 tablespoon of lemon juice at first. Stir this in. Okay, I’m going to get my whisk and I’m also going to add in about a/4 cup of olive oil. A pinch of salt. Some black pepper. And I took some regular shredded parm. I put it in my little blender and I grated it even finer. And you could use this stuff in the green can. That’s fine. That would work. I’m just using what I have on hand. We’re going to mix this in. I’m going to add a little bit more olive oil. Another tablespoon. Give it a taste. This is really good. So, I’m going to put it in the fridge and let it marry with each other.
