Grab yourself some gelato because today we are making boozy espresso avocados. Get your gelato. I’m using Madagascar vanilla and fill up a little teacup or any coffee cup or vessel you like just to the top right on top with gelato. Once that’s even, take a scoop out of the middle to create a little divot for the espresso. Next, pull a fresh shot of espresso. Then all you have to do is pour the espresso into that little space we made with the gelato. Stop there with a classic espresso avocado. But for a little bit more fun, we’re going to top this off with a little bit of amordo. Today I’m using Dyserono. You can use fangelico or whatever flavored laor you like. Get yourself a little spoon. That is how you make a boozy espresso avocado. Cheers, friends.
