Let’s make the easiest, juiciest crock-ot barbecue pulled chicken. This recipe is perfect for a crowd or for meal prep. Just look at how good this looks. Let’s get started. First, grab a bowl and mix together some barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk together well, and then pull out that crockot. Then, we’ll grab a couple pieces of chicken breast and place them straight into the crock pot. Pour the barbecue mixture we just made all over the chicken, making sure to coat it entirely. Pop the lid on and set it on low for 4 to 6 hours. Or if you need it done a little sooner, then set it on high for 2 to three hours. Once it’s ready, we’re actually going to go ahead and shred the chicken right in the crock pot. Give it a good stir to mix together and enjoy by itself on some nachos or in a sandwich like I did with some kleslaw and spicy pickles. So freaking delish. And the best part about this recipe, it seriously takes 5 minutes to prep and the crock pot does the rest of the work. Plus, you’ll probably have some leftovers, perfect for meal prep, which is honestly always a win in my book. You’re going to absolutely love this easy barbecue pull chicken recipe.
