Right, if you can’t be bothered to cook, but you want a good, tasty, healthy meal with minimal effort. We get plenty of chicken breast into a big pot. And then we just want to start building loads of flavors. I’m going to make a really easy barbecue sauce. Starts with ketchup and tomato puree. We make it nice and sweet with brown sugar. You want some apple cider vinegar in there. Season it up with garlic, bit of smoked paprika, pinch salty flavors, and pepper. Then mix it up. Lid on. Then we’ll literally just bang it in the oven and forget about it for like two hours longer if you want. Just let it get fit and flavory out. Lid off or y forks. Pull it all apart. It should just fall apart with the forks. If it’s not going longer, we’ll go wrap down. Chicken down. Pack it all up on one side. Got a jar of roasted red peppers. So, I’m going to stick that on as well. But you could just go straight with cheese. Any cheese will work, right? I’m using emmon tile, but cheddar, mozzarella, whatever you want. Fold it. We’ll bang a pan on the heat. Little bit of oil. And we’ll just lay this down. Flip. And then just repeat your way through them all. These are so easy, right? We’re going to chop them into like three. And that is dinner sorted, mate. I didn’t grow up with food like this. I grew up with freezer food, bang in the oven, and on the plate. And that’s why I started the Salty Flavors Club. I’ve got hundreds of my recipes exactly like this. Super simple. 6,000 people are enjoying it every single day. It is basically the cheat code for cooking from scratch at home in like 20 30 minutes or slow cook like this. Everyone should be able to cook from scratch. There’s a free trial on now. Go and try it out. I’m sure you’ll stay cuz everyone else does. Now, get me involved. That is bang on. Serve it with a nice little side salad or something. Bit of mayo, maybe. Bit of yogurt. Now, crack on. I’m going to go and feed the family. Drop us a follow and of course I’ll see you in the next one. Love you.

  1. Good on you man for teaching people how to cook and stay away from freezers and microwaves. Coming from Balkans where we cook almost every day from scratch I was very surprised when I moved to Ireland and learned that home cooking has become an incident.

  2. Keep going. You're inspiring many 30 year old dads to cook something besides boxed macaroni.

  3. I'm here for your easy recipes and "love you" at the end ❤😊. Will give your Salty Club a go for sure👍. Love you ❤😊.

  4. This summer I was at an air bnb in the isle of skye and there was an aga oven there. I had the best time of my life figuring out how it worked and playing around with it

  5. Tomato ketchup and sugar but no paprika to make a BBQ sauce? 🤔 Defies the point of healthy and doesn't do the BBQ flavour any justice. Don't mean to be negative, but holy shit dude you're better than this
