1. Chili Chili Bang Bang Chicken 6/10 – just okay. I thought it had too much panko on the chicken. After I scraped off most of the panko, it was much better. Also, panko didn’t have enough time to get crunchy due to the chicken breast was thin and chicken was done before suggested oven bake time. If I cooked the full time, chicken would have been overcooked and dry.

  2. Mushroom Po’boys and Boardwalk Fries 10/10 – so delicious! I would order this every week if given the chance. The mushrooms are meaty enough that you don’t miss the meat. The bread rolls are divine. I learned on here from another redditor to slice the potatoes and “cook” in microwave with some water and then dry, oil, and season and bake. These fries came out soft and fluffy inside and crispy on the outside.

  3. Feta and Mushroom bites (I think that’s what they were) 9/10 – these are a side dish, but they were really good. I cooked them in the air fryer until the phyllo dough became crispy around the edges. I dipped them in hot sauce and ate the whole box.

  4. One-Pan Sweet and Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps 7/10 – also just okay. The lime really overpowered the dish to where that’s all I could taste. This day I was tired and just wanted to get food on the table asap and so I followed the instructions to a T, so that might have been my fault not tasting as I went. It could have used more seasoning on the chicken and more sweetness in the slaw/sauce.

  5. Southwest Beef Cavatappi 8/10 – It was delicious the first night and I decided to plate it with the sauce over the noodles, instead of the noodles mixed in with the sauce. The next night, the smell of the beef made my stomach turn and I couldn’t eat any more of it. I added sliced onions and sliced jalapeños to the sliced peppers while sauteeing and that increased the spiciness, which I liked. I may order it again and swap out the beef for ground turkey if that option is available.
