Savory fruit salads are everywhere right now and they are a thing of beauty. I’ve used the sainsburries taste a difference range to put a twist on a classic ham and melon situation. This is my crispy pushut melon and baratha salad. I’ve been a sainsbur gown my whole life and part of that is because the quality of the taste of difference product really is spectacular. We’re going quite Mediterranean with this one with crisped up pushut and a really bright salsa made with buttery nachelara olives, fresh chili, herbs and pistachios. Melons are bang in season and big chunks of juicy pela sappi melon bring some sweetness to the party. I finish it all off with the pista resistance the taste a difference baratha which is ludicrously creamy. When you’ve got people coming around this summer and you want a dish that is minimal effort but looks fancy. Trading up to these stunning ingredients is the way to go. So summery.
