    **French Toast ice cream**

    – S&S base, sub 1/2 sugar for maple sugar

    – 1 Tbsp Amoretti French toast syrup

    – 3 pieces of cinnamon and vanilla French toast cut into small pieces and soaked in maple syrup.

    – churn and fold in French toast chunks.

    **Espresso Roasted Coffee**
    – Kenya Nyeri Gatugi AB

    – roast at 480 for 5 minutes.

    – lower temp to 460 until 30 seconds into first crack.

    – pull at city roast.
