Hello, how are you? So, today the I will cook uh cabbage straw. They are cabbage raw. Uh let’s see what I already prepare in the kitchen. I I try to use uh I must a lot of stuff from the garden. And you see I already prepare some raw. I will try to show how to make it. It not look very beautiful but uh but uh I try to use all the ingredients from the garden. The the the napra cabbage. Yeah. If you have cabbage, it’s like original version. But for me, I find that napa cabbage in more blessible. I mean, easy to make a raw. Easier to make a raw. And um inside this we have uh meat. Meat. Yeah. ground meat already uh marinate with some ingredients. Um like fish sauce. Fish sauce. Um what else? Uh soy sauce. Uh a little sugar. Um and corn pepper. I I mean black pepper. Yeah, black pepper. And um I also are cooking a soup froth. Yeah. So, how to make a roll? Yeah. Let’s do it. Uh so to make a roll, I I try to uh like heat up the napakab after at the after after cut the nap leaf. I try to heat up the pan and make it like a little more bible. You see? Yeah. Hi. How are you? I’m trying to make a napa cabbage raw. Yeah, cabbage raw. Yeah. You see I already make some of that. Yeah. Some not very beautiful but some also beautiful. I mean look good. In case you you don’t want to make like this way, maybe you boil the water a bit and put your cabbage leaf in there and just take it out. So they will like very easy to to make raw. I mean you can handle the the the raw easier with that. [Music] Rolling like a spring roll. And if you like where you can handle it in the dish, you can tie this with a something like kitchen kitchen. I don’t know what that what it call like some kind of wire. But wire something like that. Yeah. Or some people can use like um uh what’s it called? Um, spring spring onion. Yes, spring onion. Yeah. You give the leaf from the spring onion and you can tie it. Yeah. And the the roset the roset is like you can uh put the le of the spring onion to the boil water a bit and take it out very quickly. So the the the spring onion lay very like flexible and still tough t top and you can tie the wrong you can you tie the ro. Yeah. Oops. This one need to be hand to to handle. We need to handle very like gentle because like they they very easy to break. Okay. So now I think I will go cooking. So yeah. So, I just heat the the the oven now in um medium high heat and I already boil the soup broth with uh also from corn and some kind of carrots and some stem from the napa cabbage. Yeah. So now uh I just like pull this one to the the pot and boil a bit. Yep. Maybe a bubble of decoration. I will put this one in here. Uh for Vietname we usually like make a sip uh soup broth from chicken bone or grip. Yeah. Any kind of bone. Um sometime we use coconut water for fast for fast and convenient. Uh tell me how you do uh how you make soup broth. [Music] Maybe a bit longer. One ingredient today I you in the meat is this one. I guess then not many people know this thing. We just eat with rice or you I don’t know how you eat uh maybe you eat with bread but I will eat with rice here maybe I need to put some more after checking the taste maybe cook for a while bubbling bubbling bubbling bubbling Well, it’s cold outside. It’s already 7. So, so today it will be like have like 3° 3°. So I need to prepare the gather the bits for the cold. Some of my tomato may be in danger if I don’t cover them. So let’s prepare some seasoning for the test. Put chicken. cook maybe uh I will cook like maybe maybe uh at least like 10 minutes because inside this one in meat make sure it will cook. I put the sesame oil and the sesame oil uh fragen is so nice. So good. head. So good. Actually actually like every food I I cook maybe eat good. Yeah, inside this one uh you can see some ser ingredient in here. I just make it not beautiful anymore. But like you can eat the whole raw. Yeah. Yep. Inside this one I have wood woody mushroom. I already me saw before woody mushroom they kind of crispy. Crispy. Yeah. And inside also have meat crown meat like um this one I I use uh chicken and pork crown meat mix up together. And in here the the the the yellow orange stuff is carrot. Yeah. Carrot. I grate them. Yeah. Gr them with a box grater. Yeah. Yeah. And um I marinate them like the meat and the one. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The meat and the carrot and um uh wood ear. Wood ear. If you don’t have wood ear mushroom, you just use like normal mushroom and you you chop them. Yeah. you chop them together and meat in here and put some kind of salt like um fish or if you usually like just use um the what called salt and pepper and um chicken powder and black pepper. Yeah. So this one is so ty. Yeah. And I put a little bit of um sesame oil so that they smell very good. Yeah. So I eat those things with rice. Rice. Yeah. Like a Vietnamese. Yeah. Vietnamese. It’s dry every day. Yeah. So I will eat them with rice. But uh I I need to find my rice. I don’t know where is it now. So like uh if you like my the recipe comment I will share the recipe.
