I’m going to be making a honey garlic salmon. So, I have some butter and a little bit of oil going in my cast iron skillet. I’m going to sauté some garlic in here. I’m adding some coconut aminos and some honey. And I’m just going to let that cook. I’m going to put my salmon in there. And then I’m going to bake this in the oven. After it cooked for a little while, I got it back out and basted it the salmon with the sauce. And this kind of makes a nice crispy glaze on top of the salmon. Very delicious and really good over rice and adding some of the extra sauce onto the rice whenever I serve this. After cooking it most of the way in my skillet, I’m putting it in the oven on the broil setting to get it nice and crispy and glazed on top. And then this is ready to serve. One thing I do love about salmon is how quickly the meal comes together. They can be frozen in your freezer and on your table hot and ready to go with like 30 minutes. So, it’s a very quick meal if you forget about lunch. And this was just a recipe I kind of made up of my own, but I’m sure if you kind of Google a honey glazed salmon, you can find something very similar, very tasty, and I highly recommend this Press a bead.
