Opened in 1991 in downtown Stuart; known locally as Luna’s; started as takeout window on Flagler Avenue; for its garlic knots
The Black Marlin
Opened in 1993; features fresh-catch seafood cuisine
Maria’s Café
Opened in 1994 in downtown Stuart; serves breakfast and lunch; originally Maria’s Café and Grill
Casa Bella Ristorante
Opened in 1997 on southwest side of Roosevelt Bridge; specializes in northern and southern Italian cuisine by chef Gerry Profeta
