Making the shepherds pie the next day, it puts the joy back into cooking

Right. I thought I’d have a go at just doing a regular video. That’s my YouTube channel. I was just trying to make space on my tablet cuz this is why I tend to do Facebook live because playing Sunshine Island. Yeah, I tend to do Facebook live because I haven’t got space. So anyway, what I’m recording is I’m hopefully today put these mad potatoes out. Should I put that bit down or up? Don’t know. Feed the birds. And then I’ve been doing making a recipe called Tabuli. My mom used to make it and I’m using it doing it while using my new Theromix which I haven’t been using. Um, so yeah, so I’ve removed all the parsley stalks, squished a lemon, added some mint, and then thought, oh, I’ve got mint in the garden, but never mind. And added um spring onions and parsley and bular rice. So I realize I think I realize that is that big enough. So what I need to do next is put that in there then put it in the fridge. So I’ll press finish and let’s go to it’s all been choppy chopped in there. So, what I’m planning to do my week is make. So, these are all the recipes that I’ve ordered through Tesco’s to get. So, we got beef nail stew, date nut ball, shepherd’s pie, white bread, corette and pine nut cakes, hot chocolate, and of course the tabuli. I’m planning to do the bread today. It’s really good because you just go on this Cookie Doo um um Cookie Doo app. Obviously, I’m going to have to clean this, but I do have a spare one. Um so, yeah, I’m going to do some white bread. Let me just quickly flick through what we have to do. Dried instant yeast. Pinch of sugar. insert the measuring cup. That’s this this guy. And then you turn the speed via this round and it does it. Then you add the flour, fine sea salt. You put the cup back in. And then you do that for 3 minutes. And then you put some grease of aroma dish. What’s a verma dish? Don’t know. Tip dough out and shape into a bowl. Place dough in. Oh, is that the Veroma dish? That looks like the Verma dish, doesn’t it? Place 250 g of water. Place cover Roma into position. So you put it on top of here. Turn speed selector towards the end of this time. Preheat oven. Carefully remove the verma dish. Transfer dough to a flowered surface shape into a round loaf of extra flour. Bake for 15 minutes. transfer to a wa before slicing. I have previously done. Let’s see if I can go to my recipes. Where are where are my recipes? Oops. And these are all the things that it’ll do. So, Yeah, obviously it’s got inbuilt scales which is brilliant. So, it chops and doughs and it even washes itself. Um, you can use it as a kettle, boil an egg, rice cooker, thick, peel it, rape it, slice it, spiralizing. So, I need to find what was I going to look for? Oh, the the bread that I did. It was with um Wait, what’s that? Do our favorite. I’m not What are you in the mood for? So I did a trial with it. So I was able to make sundried um sundried bread. Oh, and you add old wheat to to [Music] my ingredients. Not all of it. Some of my ingredients. I used to put the gusto food in there, but uh yeah. So, I need to now put this in the fridge. Put it all together. I won’t find made Why doesn’t it show me recently cooked? There we are. There you are. I made sundried tomato tear and share bread, which wasn’t brilliant. Still some in the freezer. Mushroom risotto, which was gorgeous. berry foam which the lads enjoyed. Mashed potato peeler so peels your potato doors and makes it into mash. Um humos which is yummy yummy tibuli I’ve just done and white bread which I haven’t done but it thinks I had cuz I flicked through it for so yeah. So I’m going to put that in the fridge. tidy up, empty the recycling bin. I’m still um I’m still doing what is it? It’s quart to two. Still doing intermittent fasting, so I’ve not eaten anything. Um just been drinking water. I sometimes would have a cup of tea, but I’ve not needed to. And obviously I’ve been playing Sunshine Island today. And what a horrible day it is. I still want to plant potatoes. That is the plan. And to feed birds. They got no food, right? [Music] Oh, yeah.
