In this video, I’ve put together fragments of a few cozy days that I really want to remember. I visited my mom to bake cookies with a new recipe, did an apartment reset, set up my new desk, practiced yoga, and went for a peaceful walk in the park. Over time, I’ve learned to cherish every day, no matter how ordinary it seems, because it’s these simple rituals that ground me and keep me connected to my feelings.

🍪 Peanut Butter Cookies
Mix 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 egg.
Add any sweetener of your choice to taste.
Form small cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle a little salt on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15–20 minutes at 150°C (300°F).
Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
🥗 Tuna Salad (2 servings)
Finely chop cucumber, radish, and celery stalks.
Add canned tuna, seeds, nutritional yeast (optional but tasty), 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt, salt and pepper to taste.
For extra protein, you can also add a couple of hard-boiled eggs.
Mix everything well and it’s ready!
All the recipes I share — both in this video and in future ones — are simple, balanced, and nourishing. I love cooking, but I don’t like overcomplicating things, so my daily meal preps never take more than 30 minutes.

I mean, I really recommend trying this recipe because it’s so great. Two or three ingredients and 15 minutes of your time and you have perfect cookies for the evening to have with some tea and watch a movie.
