Mozzarella and smoked gouda with apple cinammon sourdough

My daughter convinced me to buy an apple cinammon sourdough bread from trader Joe's. So tonight I am having a panini-grilled cheese with smoked gouda and mozzarella. I really couldn't get a better pic. Tastes pretty good tho.
