


We had a truly special tasting with bottles spanning different regions and styles. Always fascinating to see how terroir and vintage shape each wine in such unique ways.
For me, the standout was the 2008 Gevrey-Chambertin “Les Evocelles” from Mortet – so elegant, complex, and alive in the glass.
Nights like this are a reminder that wine is not just about what’s in the bottle, but about the stories and people you share it with.
