

One of my go-to easy dinners: pasta with clam sauce (the secret’s a heavy hand with the garlic!). Last night, I served it with a side of roasted asparagus, plus some carrots and cabbage I needed to use up—roasting brought out that perfect caramelized flavor. So simple, so good!
Ingredients: olive oil, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, white wine, canned clams.
