Hi! Has anyone ever used these bags to freeze dough in? I’ve just bought them off of Amazon because they were way cheaper than the freezer bags in the store. They are definitely thinner and don’t specifically say there for the freezer just wanna make sure I don’t use them and ruin batches of dough lol

I haven’t used thinner bags like that, but maybe wrap in cling wrap first and then put it in the bag?
There are pretty good deals on vacuum sealers right now. The bags last a long time when you make them in custom sizes.
If you grab a food grade desiccant you’ll be good for a long time.
I’ve not done these bags but eventually I think most people just go to the heat/vacuum sealers.
These will work for short term freezing but I second the wrap in cling film first. There’s a reason the freezer-specific bags are thicker and more expensive
