In this video I will explain how to make white sauce chicken pasta, rich and creamy in flavour just in 5 minutes! Not with an ordinary Alfredo sauce!!

Ingredients:
Chicken Marination
– Chicken breast fillets – 2, cut into 1-inch cubes
– Twister/fusilli pasta – 3 cups
– Crushed garlic – 1 tbsp
– Garlic powder – ½ tsp
– Baking powder – ¼ tsp
– Black pepper – 1 tsp
– Salt – 1 tsp
– Vinegar – 1 tbsp
– Chili sauce – 3 tbsp
– Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
– Mustard paste – 3 tsp
– Oil – 2 tbsp

White Sauce Ingredients:

– Fresh cream – 400 g
– Cream cheese – 2 tbsp
– Garlic powder – ½ tsp
– Mustard – ½ tsp
– Black pepper – ½ tsp
– Salt – ½ tsp
– Chicken powder – 1 + ½ tsp
– Oregano – 1 tsp

Method:

1. Marinate Chicken: Mix all marinade ingredients. Add chicken cubes and marinate 30 minutes.
2. Cook Chicken: Pan-fry until golden and cooked through; set aside.
3. Boil Pasta: Cook in salted water until al dente; drain.
4. Make White Sauce: In a pan, combine cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add garlic powder, mustard, black pepper, salt, chicken powder, and oregano. Simmer gently until slightly thick.
5. Combine: Toss pasta and chicken into the creamy sauce until well coated.
6. Serve Hot: Garnish with extra oregano or black olives.
