    I don’t care what my European neighbors say, Italian food, especially pizza, is best in NYC.

    Can’t tell the difference between salsiccias from Brooklyn or Roma. Both are fucking awesome!

    I love boiled eggs and can only imagine they’re even better in the sauce! Will try next time I make sauce. Are they thrown in late in the process?
