    Seeing that it is a ribeye, I would say that looks amazing. For certain cuts, I really prefer rare, but for ribeye, I am starting to prefer it medium rare to medium. And for me, you hit the nail on the head.

    Are people cutting up their steaks like this just to post or are people doing this all the time? I love cutting my steak bite by bite.

    Looks solid though, a little over temp for me, but I’d eat it.

    The steak looks great, the asparagus looks really good, I would throw the fries in the trash. It’s a 7 out of 10, if you remove the fries it’s a 9.3 out of 10

    It looks great.. but I would personally I would have a better starch than FF with steak and asparagus

    Smash. Switch out the fries for thin crispy ones though. Nice work.
